Reporting to the Director of Projects, his Key responsibilities will be:

Overall: The Project Manager combines contract management and sales skills to ensure the satisfaction of the customer/prospect. The emphasis of the work and technical knowledge shall parallel the need to competently sell and support the project and/or service offered. He is a decision maker when needed.

  • Lead and Drive the Project(s) and control :Risks and Opportunities management, monitor mitigation plans,Claim and litigation management, building strategy for negotiation, People coordination
  • QCD objectives and process follow-up.
  • Financial monitoring: Budget Sales and Cash (Overdue - Working capital),
  • Profitability vs approved budget,
  • Support during the Tendering stage for Must win RFQs
  • Manage and coordinate the local PMs of other sites for his/her project: Respect QCD and Increase efficiency respecting existing approved processes (challenge costs of various domains/activities)
  • Builds, validates and follows up the planning and work breakdown structure of the project, including the deliveries / planning according to the customer needs.
  • Promotes a maximum use of standards
  • Drive the use of APQP tool for his/her global project
  • Manage the PMC Committee for his/her global project
  • Prepare material and animate periodic project reviews with the management (Site/BU/Division)
  • Develop and manage dedicated action plans with project team to meet growth and profitability.
  • Manages a regular risk analysis.

Push for FT claim & Control customer ones , leverage contract obligations of both parties

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

We are looking for a person with an Engineering B.S with minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. Masters degree is a plus. Solid experience in sales and projects management of technical projects & services in the industry sector (Railway or Civil Construction highly appreciated);Contract, Project cost / Risk and Customer oriented is a must. Experience in PM and associated support tools (scheduler, cost control, etc.).
