  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and meet quality standards.


  • Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis, trend research, and competitor analysis to inform business and marketing strategies.
    • Develop innovative strategies and creative solutions to address business challenges and maximize growth opportunities.


  • Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.


  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with development teams to design and launch new products and services, from conceptualization to market release.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to assess the profitability and market potential of proposed products.


  • Resource Management:
    • Efficiently manage allocated resources, including budget, personnel, and materials, to ensure operational effectiveness and profitability.
    • Identify and proactively resolve operational obstacles and challenges that may arise during project execution and daily activities.


  • Team Development:
    • Supervise and train team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Provide regular feedback and professional growth opportunities for ongoing team development.



Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

The required skills can be summarized as follows:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, event management, public relations, or external relations roles.
  3. Experience dealing with senior-level stakeholders
  4. Advanced project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (mandatory)
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), digital marketing tools, and CRM management.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach and attention to detail.
  8. Adaptability to work in both virtual and in-person team environments.
  9. Initiative, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
  10. Ability to work under pressure.
