Reporting to your leader, your main responsibilities will be:

Represent analytics capability to product teams
Identify problems / opportunities, proactively based on data insights and work with team to develop solutions
Opportunity sizing/impact/prioritization of site changes being considered
Defining success metrics, determining smaller / more-direct / leading metric (Ex: search bar click), bigger / less-direct/lagging metrics (ex: ATC, conversion)
Tagging - PA assess and coordinate with infrastructure or developer (markup) to implement necessary tagging
Analyze results after go-alive, and share insights
Ad-hoc, quicker analysis to support discussions and decisions.
Work under scrum framework

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Buscamos a un Analytics con mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Adoble Analytics:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Minimum of 3+years of experience in analytics domain or related
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. is Mandatory
Strong experience in Excel
Experience developing A/B testing analysis (or pre/post) is mandatory
Experience running regression analysis
Experience in web analytics using Adobe analytics (Google Analytics could be an alternative) is mandatory
Experience finance analysis is a plus
Knowledge in time series analysis
Knowledge in statistics
Knowledge in correlation and causation analysis
Experience working with Adobe analytics is mandatory
Experience working with BI tools
Experience working based on scrum frameworks
Experience using Jira is a plus
Capacity to work independently
Advanced English
