Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Tableau§ Performance Optimization: Optimizes BI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability. Monitoring and optimizing the performance of dashboards to ensure fast load times and responsiveness, implementing best practices for data aggregation, filtering and visualization§ Create and manage complex database objects including tables, views, and stored procedures.§ Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.§ Conduct business analysis to understand stakeholders' data needs and translate them into technical requirements.§ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI solutions.§ Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and best practices.Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)An ideal candidate will be/have:§ +3 year of experience in Reporting in Tableau / Power BI / SSRS / other BI tools, Business Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Database management.§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.§ Strong experience in Lifecycle of a Visualization project - Gathering Requirements, Defining KPI Logics, Designing Wireframes, Assessing Data Needs§ Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau) is mandatory.§ Comfort in a fast-paced environment§ Advanced English§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional teams§ Proactive approach to continuous learning and skill developmentQué ofrecemosBenefits:+You get 5 extra vacation days outside of the legal 15 days.+2 depe day per year+Working home if you are sick, you can work from home.+Men will be given two weeks for when they have a child.+Supplementary insurance - Bice+Lunch at the office, you can select from less than 8 options+They have snacks in the office+Training: they have two types, for the first yearPerformance bonus 50% and 300% of salary.
