Reporting to the Leader, your main responsibilities will be:

+Represent analytics capability to product teams
+Identify problems / opportunities, proactively based on data insights and work with team to develop solutions
+Opportunity sizing/impact/prioritization of site changes being considered
+Defining success metrics, determining smaller / more-direct / leading metric (Ex: search bar click), bigger / less-direct/lagging metrics (ex: ATC, conversion)
+Tagging - PA assess and coordinate with infrastructure or developer (markup) to implement necessary tagging
+Analyze results after go-alive, and share insights
+Ad-hoc, quicker analysis to support discussions and decisions.
+Work under scrum framework

HARD´S SKILL´S:
+Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
+Minimum of 3+years of experience in analytics domain or related
+Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. is Mandatory
+Strong experience in Excel
+Experience developing A/B testing analysis (or pre/post) is mandatory
+Experience running regression analysis
+Experience in web analytics using Adobe analytics (Google Analytics could be an alternative) is mandatory
+Experience with tools BI and Python (Is Mandatory)
+Experience finance analysis is a plus
+Knowledge in time series analysis
+Knowledge in statistics
+Knowledge in correlation and causation analysis
+Experience working with Adobe analytics is mandatory
+Experience working with BI tools
+Experience working based on scrum frameworks
+Experience using Jira is a plus
+Capacity to work independently
+Advanced English

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Buscamos a un Business Inteligent and Data Scientist with at least 6 years experience in both roles to take on the challenge.

SOFT SKILL´S (Is mandatory)
+Analytical skill
+Communication is key, must have a business sense.
+Consultative responses to end customers, how solutions impact the business.
+While technical is important, they are looking for a person who has the ability to understand the business and have conversations with end customers.
