Our client is one of the leading international manufacturers of hardware, electronic locking systems and technical hardware, supplying the industry of Architecture building development and interior design.


Reporting directly to Headquarters, the main responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for every area of the business in Chile.
  • Lead the team and Run the Business with a strategic vision to achieve sustained and profitable growth in the long term.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Responsible for the entire operation in Chile, including business and operational related issues.
  • Responsible for business planning in terms of strategy, forecast and budget, including analyzing the business, identifying, and implementing processes improvements.
  • Lead the operational and the sales team to achieve the company's target and objectives.
  • Responsible for creating a safe and empowered, eager learning environment to allows every team member to growth, ensuring cohesiveness in the business and with the customers.
  • Create a positive customer experience by providing quick service and solutions, and actively supporting the sales force team activities and responsibilities, being an active part of the team.
  • Lead marketing and sales activities, with vision and strategy to extend the company brand name.
  • Availability to travel 3 times a year.
  • Must have fluent English, written and spoken.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Commercial or Industrial Engineer with more than 10 years of work experience and with at least five years of experience as Managing Director with full P&L, financial results for a multinational company in Latin America. Must have a strong focus in Sales and a strategic vision to expand the brands name at a local level, leading an operational and a commercial team. With excellent communication a people ability.
