Reporting to the HR Director LATAM, the main responsibilities will be:

  • Direct and execute labor relations plan with the unions, negotiate and develop a long-term relation with them;
  • Supervise that legal, administrative and transaction - operational matters are on time and according to the compliance;
  • Support and advice the management team, leading as a business partner for the operation in all HR matters;
  • Leaders all the HR strategy regarding Organizational Development, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits for the company.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

We are looking for professionals with strong background in labor relations and generalist experience in HR to manage this role. Highly qualifies in the technical issues named before, but also charismatic, communications skills, leadership. This role should be at least 3-4 days in the plant and there will be a mix for people from Santiago. English fluent - advanced is a must for this role.
