Internal Control Coordinator X Region

The main responsibilities are:

• Manage and conduct periodic evaluations of company processes, including financial controls.
• Identify gaps and generate action plans to enhance processes in different areas.
• Improve and manage the company's risk matrix, raising awareness of key risks in each area, and developing and implementing mitigation measures.
• Conduct functional audits, process audits, and system audits as necessary.
• Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and action items, generating monthly progress reports.
• Develop an automation system for processes and controls to streamline operations and reduce errors.
• Participate in regional projects with corporate best practices for local implementation.
• Conduct plant visits to verify compliance with processes, policies, and regulations, working collaboratively with staff and management to address gaps as a facilitator.
• Provide training, workshops, or support materials to foster a culture of compliance within the organisation.
