The KAM will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and technical service efficiency within the Andean region, with a strong focus on the Peruvian market. This position requires a strategic mindset, technical knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills to lead distributor sales forces and expand the installed customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an annual sales and margin plan, aligning with team goals.
  • Distributor Management: Lead and motivate distributors' sales teams to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue across the existing client base.
  • Business Development: Conduct research, qualify leads, make sales presentations, and close new clients in the designated territory or segment.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Work collaboratively on solution development to address client needs effectively.
  • Profitability and Customer Relations: Manage regional profitability, achieve sales goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize technical service effectiveness.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: English fluency (Advanced level), essential for presentations and customer interaction.
  2. Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics preferred.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Experience and knowledge in automotive, industrial, or tech sectors, with a focus on the Andean market (Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay).
  5. Core Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, listening, presentation, and writing abilities.
  6. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
