Your responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
- Maintaining a continuous relationship with the client, holding meetings, extending and negotiating proposals, and guiding the client in their productive processes.
- Defining sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process.
- Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Your background
- 5 years of experience in Sales and Business.
- A Bachelor´s degree in Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.
- Knowledge and experience in retail,mining process and/or other productive processes in the Chilean industry.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
- Native Spanish and advanced English levels.
