Your responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
  • Maintaining a continuous relationship with the client, holding meetings, extending and negotiating proposals, and guiding the client in their productive processes.
  • Defining sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process.
  • Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Your background

  • 5 years of experience in Sales and Business.
  • A Bachelor´s degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.
  • Knowledge and experience in retail,mining process and/or other productive processes in the Chilean industry.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Native Spanish and advanced English levels.
