Its approach combines innovation, digital tools, and scientific processes to support producers and distributors in optimizing the supply chain, promoting efficiency, sustainability, and loss reduction.DescripciónYour main responsibilities are:Ensure the complete and timely execution of Human Resources processes throughout the employee's entire life cycle, including hiring, benefits administration, contractual changes, employment documentation management, and offboarding.Provide specialized support to subsidiaries in matters related to payroll, acting as a point of contact for the correct preparation, validation, and submission of inputs to the external provider.Oversee outsourced payroll and administration services, tracking critical activities, monitoring the payroll calendar, reviewing calculations, validating settlements, and managing incidents.Oversee compliance with internal policies and controls, ensuring consistency, integrity, and traceability of information in HR systems and support platforms.Monitor the quality of data in Human Resources systems, identifying deviations, ensuring timely updates, and managing improvements that strengthen the accuracy of information.Analyze operational metrics and prepare management reports, providing key information for decision-making and continuous process improvement.Identify, propose, and promote opportunities for workflow optimization, task automation, and procedure standardization, always maintaining an analytical, proactive, and operationally efficient approach.Provide comprehensive management of the employee's life cycle, responding to queries and requests, ensuring the proper coordination of coverage, documentation, communications, and support at every stage.Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)Education:Professional degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.Certificate in Labor Law, Compensation, or Human Resources Management.Experience:2 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, or Payroll.Experience working with external payroll providers and in corporate environments with matrix structures.Experience managing HR processes for more than one countryTechnical Knowledge:Solid knowledge of payroll processes, personnel administration, benefits, contracts, and labor legislation.Proficiency in human resources management systems (HRIS); SAP or similar.Advanced Excel skills (database management, validations).Proficiency in human resources reports and indicators.Languages:Advanced English (will be evaluated during the process).Intermediate Portuguese (desirable).Qué ofrecemosPermanent employment contract, directly with our client.Hybrid working model, predominantly remote working, although it will be necessary to attend the workplace as required by the role.Ingresar referencia para vacanteJN-122025-6910541Resumen de empleoSectorRecursos HumanosSubSectorAdministrador de Recursos HumanosIndustriaIndustrial / ManufacturingUbicaciónLas CondesTipo de contratoPermanenteRefencia de empleoJN-122025-6910541
