- Direct and control the business plan and budget.
- Actively participate in identifying market opportunities and developing new customer segments within the service industry by conducting market analysis, competitor research and industry trends.
- Search for new potential customers and build customer loyalty.
- Develop the client portfolio, generating bonds with clients that transform into a relationship that lasts over time.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

- University degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related career. A specialization in sales will be a plus.
- Previous experience of at least 6 years in sales or sales supervision positions in the service industry.
- Extensive knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as business principles and practices in the service industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish strong relationships with customers and other internal departments.
- Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer tools and sales management systems.
