Descripción

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company and its various functions to support and advise hiring managers with their requirements (job descriptors and profiling), in order to define adequate profiles, be efficient with deadlines and hire the best candidate.
  • Promote and maintain networks and relationships with external entities such as universities, institutions, associations, and others, to ensure effective sources of recruitment.
  • Publish job offers in internal and external portals and/or hunt potential candidates in the market, ensuring that we reach highly qualified candidates.
  • Design and propose evaluation and interview techniques to improve the processes and advise or make recommendations to the hiring manager, when deciding on the ideal candidate.
  • Filter and evaluate candidates through resumes, telephone screening, competency interviews, etc., presenting short or long list, as agreed, evaluating aspects such as: interest and motivation, experience, knowledge and skills, interest, cultural match, compensation, work permits, etc.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, as well as following up (with candidates and internal clients) to ensure fluidity and effectiveness in the process.
  • Elaboration of psycho-labour assessments and reference reports of the final candidates.
  • Process medical evaluations as required, guaranteeing that the health conditions are consistent with the requirements of the position.
  • Request formal approvals and formalize job offers, maintaining strong alignment with Human Resources regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Guarantee permanent communication of the different stages of the process recruitment process, with both candidates and internal clients, ensuring a positive experience for both parties.
  • Monitor the different phases of the recruitment process, delivering statuses and reports as required, always ensuring coordination with Human Resources.
  • Ensure best practices in recruitment are implemented, providing recommendations for future talent acquisition, identifying improvement areas, processes, and technologies, allowing attracting the best candidates within deadlines.
  • Reporting KPIs and process analysis, to support continuous improvement processes.
  • Support the Onboarding process or others relevant to recruitment process, if necessary.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, in manufacturing or mining industry.
  • Advanced English
  • Experience recruitment for all levels (managers, team leads, professionals, administrative and operators).
  • Advanced user of Microsoft and Internet tools
  • Strong communication skills, in particular active listening, and persuasion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to ensure results in the face of changing scenarios and priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, without requiring direct supervision.
  • Proactive, innovative, action oriented and problem solving.
